Unfortunately, my appointment with city hall did not go as I hoped. Despite my attorney telling me that I had everything I need, I still need to get my utilities put into my name. The lease agreement says the utilities will stay in the name of the owner, even though I’ll pay them. The attorney said that was all that was needed. City Hall did not agree. So one more step and then I’ll try again.

Walking home, I saw this sign of Spring in Valencia. All over town, the ornamental orange trees are being “harvested.” It’s kind of cathartic to watch.
